I launched my first business way back in 2008 when I was pregnant with my daughter, but I didn't have a clue what I was doing!
I built my own website using a website-in-a-box purchased on Amazon for £17 and pretty quickly I discovered that I loved the online world and all the back-end parts of running a business, as much as a good cup of Earl Grey.
I know that this isn't the case for everyone though, and that being bogged down with day-to-day operational tasks and tech dramas are often the roadblocks to achieving the business growth and sales you desire.
